"Shrinking" (Apple TV) stars Jason Segel, Harrison Ford, and an ensemble cast of very talented actors. I know that Harrison Ford has had an illustrious career and played many iconic characters, but man, I super love him in this role. It may be a hot take, but this role may be my favorite of all the roles he's done. (Somewhere, I here several fandoms collective gasp).
Overall, it focuses a lot on mental health since the main characters are psychiatrists, but it doesn't just deal with their patients and their problems, it also features the personal problems of the psychiatrists themselves. And the conclusion becomes obvious--everyone has issues and dealing with their own mental health journey.
There are complicated family and friendship dynamics, boundaries, and choices to be made. It's super bingeable because the episodes are short but jam packed. The characters and the relationships evolve and no one...I mean no one is perfect.
There are currently two seasons and they have been approved for a third. If you're looking for something to get into, I recommend this show.
