Welcome to my universe! I have so much to share with you: reviews, causes, personal experiences etc. I want to shine a light on the positive things in life, encourage kindness & praise good works, remaining hopeful that a better tomorrow is always within our reach. My heart belongs to my devoted loving husband & our exceptional 2 sons who, I believe, make this world a better place with their strong minds & tender hearts. They are my inspiration. I write to express not to impress.

Red Nose Highlights
There is no doubt of the existence of human suffering all over the
world. What I find hopeful & inspiring is that there are also many
people & organizations all over trying their best to offer
assistance to those in need. Below are three highlights of celebrities
working through the Red Nose USA Foundation bringing awareness from
different parts of the world. Click here for more.

And to my children….thank you
for being such great kids! I didn’t say perfect because that would be
strange & I don’t even know what that means. But you’re both
fabulous, funny, & forever entertaining. You’re both always &
forever in my prayers so keep on keeping on….
My Mom, a.k.a. Lola, is the greatest example of unconditional love. We are Blessed to have her.
So Blessed to have my Mom-In-Law....her patience is unbridled.
Thank you to all Mothers!!!! May you feel the love that you deserve!

Through One's Eyes
So, for me, there is no argument involved in the existence of the gender
wage equality gap that currently plagues our society. Men, more often
than not, get paid higher wages than women for the same
job/responsibilities. You can either argue that this is wrong or you can
maintain that it’s fair because men deserve to be paid higher in any
situation. (Frankly, my opinion is so far from that last part that it
was even hard for me to type it.)

Love is Beautiful
So, I enjoy Twitter & one of my favorite things to do is look up
celebrities I admire to see what they feel important enough to post.
Sometimes I tweet them & receive “favorites” or “retweets” from
fellow fans or very occasionally from the celebrities themselves (hello
to Dylan McDermott , Allyson Stoner, Ally Maki, Scout Willis among a few
others). I make it a point to never tweet anything negative or
insulting because, frankly, there’s enough of that saturating the
internet already.

Easter's Teachable Moment
When I woke up this morning, I imagined that I would be feeling much
differently after attending Easter Service. I even mentally planned
what Twitter Post I would be giving–something to the likes of “Feeling
renewed. #Alleluia! #EasterMass #Catholic”–with a picture of the altar
attached….you know, something like that. Instead, I’m in a bit of that
“reeling” moment–feeling angry and upset. Click here for more.

Egg Rock 'N Roll Event
I’d like to give a proud shout-out to my 12 year old today for his hard
work at the Egg Rock ‘N Roll Event in downtown Long Beach today. His
main duties were to supervise the children and make sure the area was
kept relatively clean. He was able to fulfill some service hours for
school, & I believe he had a pretty good time too. Click here for more!
