I apologize to all the vegetarians
and vegans out there, but today we celebrate this all-American delicious treat,
made especially tempting roasting on an open fire, but still delightful simply
boiled, dressed up in an infinite amount of ways. No, certainly don't
overindulge on a consistent basis, but every once in a while, during a backyard
bbq or a celebratory bonfire, go for it!
